“Do frozen foods actually arrive safely in France?”

This is a question we often receive from first-time WASO customers. Delivery conditions in France are very different from those in Japan. Delays, lost packages, theft after delivery... it’s only natural to feel anxious.

But we’ve received messages like this:

“The dry ice had completely melted, but I was amazed that the products were still completely frozen! It really makes me appreciate the high quality of Japanese service here.”

“I was surprised at how well the items were kept frozen. As someone living in a rural area, this service is a huge help.”

In this article, we’ll explain in detail how WASO protects and delivers frozen foods.
